Here you can find recipes to various main dishes i've prepared in the past or have found to be unique in flavor and texture. Please enjoy what I have to offer at the moment. Later on in the future more will be added as I try more things. Remember that my recipes are not absolute and can be exchanged with other ingredients that are to your liking. Try experimenting a little.

 

Veal Parmigiana

Ingredients:

4 Frozen Breaded Veal Patties
4 Hero Rolls (6 - 8 inches)
1 Jar (15 ½ ounce) Marinara Sauce
½ Pound Mozzarella Cheese, sliced or shredded
½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350° F. Prepare veal patties according to package directions for pan frying. If necessary, cut to fit rolls. Split each roll lengthwise without cutting through all the way, leaving 1 edge as a hinge. If desired, hollow out bread slightly. Layer veal, sauce, mozzarella and parmesan. Place on baking sheet and cover loosely with foil; bake 15 minutes. Uncover; bake 5 minutes longer. Cut each sandwich in ½. Makes 4 sandwiches (475 calories each)
