Ingredients:
2 -3 Pounds Ground Beef
2 Pounds Shredded Cheese ( Recommend Colby-Jack )
Lasagna Pasta ( About 1 Box Should Do )
1 - 1 1/2 Jar(s) Spegetti Sauce ( Or Make Your Own )
Garlic Powder
Salt
Preparation:
Heat a skillet up on medium high and place the ground beef into
the skillet. While cooking add salt and garlic into the meat.
There is no real measured amount so feel free to add what you
want into the meat. Let cook a little over browning. Drain the
mean and set to the side. Now Prepare a large part full of water
and bring the water to a boil. Add the lasagna pasta into the
boiling water and let cook until soft or when you consider the
pasta too be done. Drain pasta of the water, and rinse with cool
water and let sit for a minute. Now reheat the meat and add in
your spegetti sauce. Stir until it comes to a simmer or the sauce
begins a boiling like nature. Take the meat off the heat. Next
you'll need a deep baking pan. A decent sized one will work. Now
take your meat and sauce and begin spooning it on the bottom of
the pan, spreading it out. Add as much as you like per layer of
pasta to suit your desire. Now top it with cheese. Apply enough
pasta over the meat and cheese to cover it, and begin the process
all over again until you have filled the pan full of pasta, meat
and cheese. When done, place the pan in an over and cook at 375
for about 15 - 20 minutes. Take out, let cool, and enjoy a meaty
lasagna meal. |
