Here you can find recipes to various main dishes i've prepared in the past or have found to be unique in flavor and texture. Please enjoy what I have to offer at the moment. Later on in the future more will be added as I try more things. Remember that my recipes are not absolute and can be exchanged with other ingredients that are to your liking. Try experimenting a little.

 

Hot Cranberry Spice Punch

Ingredients:

1 Can (12 ounce) Frozen Cranberry Juice Cocktail Concentrate, thawed and undiluted
3 Cups Water
3 Cups Pineapple Juice
½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Dash Each Allspice and Nutmeg
8 Cinnamon Sticks
8 Slices Fresh Lemon
16 - 24 Whole Cloves
8 Pats (1 - 1 ½ Teaspoons Each) Unsalted Butter

Preparation:

Bring cranberry juice cocktail concentrate, water and pineapple juice to a boil in large sauce pan. Add ground spices. Simmer for 3 - 5 minutes. Press 2 - 3 whole cloves through rind into each lemon slice. Ladel punch into mugs, garnishing with cinnamon stick "stirrer" and clove studded lemon slice. Drop pat of butter on top at last minute and serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.
