Here you can find recipes to various main dishes i've prepared in the past or have found to be unique in flavor and texture. Please enjoy what I have to offer at the moment. Later on in the future more will be added as I try more things. Remember that my recipes are not absolute and can be exchanged with other ingredients that are to your liking. Try experimenting a little.

 

Chocolate Mint Pie Suprise

Ingredients:

1 Deep Dish Pie Shell
1/3 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, melted
2 Eggs, separated, at room temperature, divided usage
¼ Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Crème de Menthe
¼ Teaspoon Peppermint Extract
1/8 Teaspoon Green Food Coloring
1 Container (8 ounce) Non Dairy Whipped Topping, thawed

Preparation:

Prepare pie shell following directions on package. Spread melted chocolate on sides and bottom of crust. Chill. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar until stiff peaks form. In large bowl, beat egg yolks with crème de menthe and food coloring. Blend in non dairy topping. Fold in beaten egg whites. Spread filling in crust. Garnish with shaved chocolate. Refrigerate at least 5 hours.
